Activities

7th Seed's day camp offers faith-based farm & forest fun for ages 5-10. Campers will learn about our farm animals, gardening, forests, and deep biblical truths. Our 5-day program is focused in the following areas:

Outdoor Exploration

Surrounding our farm are 200 acres of beautiful forest and ponds. Campers will daily learn about God's amazing creation: identifying trees, exploring beaver ponds, learning about birds and listening for their songs, or hiking to the top of the ridge.

Farming

At the farm or in the gardens, campers will learn the value of growing their own food in a sustainable way. They will get hands-on experience as they collect eggs, feed sheep, harvest carrots, pick blueberries, and so much more!

Creative Arts

Our Creative Arts area inspires campers to use the materials around them to create their own masterpieces. Whether they are learning to build benches with wood from our forest, painting stones, or leading songs, their artistic abilities will be uncovered.

Our Camp Director

Amy Bowen was a summer camp director for nine years at Farm & Wilderness Camps. She has used her Masters in Education to design, implement, and lead Forest and Farm-based experiential education programing for 20 years. She and her husband, Sten, homeschool their two children while also homesteading in Vermont.
